There were complaints noted that software starts lagging or becomes slow while working on it. Also, the price is quite costly for small and mediocre organizations; although we are willing to pay the price for the services it offers, but the fact that it gets slow while working makes us consider having second thoughts because many other organizations provide good services within same or a bit more price. The extendability and flexibility of Sitecore are its best traits. With proper developers and careful setup, API connections to other marketing platforms are powerful for lead and demand generation. For example, you can trigger campaigns in your marketing automation system for known website visitors, based on very specific behavioral and internally known data points. If you have complex brands and multiple domains like we do, having a good developer (or more than one developer) is critical. I've worked with WordPress for many years, and Sitecore is a beast by comparison.

Additionally, if folder structures, field names, and naming conventions, in general, are not established, it can be difficult for other team members to find things.

Content Hub is of excellent enterprise quality. It is easy to use. It integrates well with other systems. It is Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) -- meaning you can get started quickly if you wish. Is a newer aspect of the Sitecore suite - so the Sitecore partner community is not yet so experienced with Content Hub. This means that the strongest historical Sitecore partners (for Experience Platform) are at this point mostly still NOT very experienced with Content Hub yet. But at least, Sitecore provides their own expert Professional Services for Content Hub, and has (just) a few global partners who have significant Content Hub experience. The Sitecore content tool is more of efficiency booster: operationally and internally. An application that help reduce time to market your brand, improve your customer relation and or services, facilitate business process out and improves timely supply or partnership chain.
