What do you like best about Sitecore Content Hub?

When a company manages multiple sites with numerous media items or digital assets, it can become chaotic without a platform like Sitecore Content Hub. This solution allows you to control all assets in one central location and easily export or share them across all your sites. This is especially useful when a small change is needed, as the update will automatically reflect everywhere the asset is referenced, eliminating the need to manually copy or replace it in multiple places. "Difficult navigation and clunky processes"
0/5
What do you like best about Sitecore Content Hub?

There is nothing about this platform that other platforms can't do better. So far it is really hard to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sitecore Content Hub?

The user interface is not intuitive and includes a lot of unnecessary backend jargon that makes it confusing to navigate. Processes like uploading content require way too many steps, and you can't do things like add video subtitles during the upload process. I've already had technical issues trying to use a Chrome browser. I already anticipate that people will have trouble accessing content due to all the extra fields and menus- things like true/false fields that would be confusing for inexperienced people. It also doesn't integrate with any other Sitecore products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The framework is appropriate for a wide range of clients, taking into account the degree of adaptability it has. Making updates is an exceptionally smooth and stress-free process. It provides an attractive level of integration with different tools. Devices like Sitecore content center are productivity boosters without a doubt. However, I must say you should first take your time to understand the entire package; if you find it suitable, you should go for it without hesitation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sitecore Content Hub?

There isn't anything that I might want to refer to in the cons. In any case, it very well may be only the learning curve that generally irritates the new colleagues on the board. Furthermore, as I mentioned earlier, the continuous integration and delivery could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

4. Integration with several form types 123 forms, Marketo forms, etc

5. Using it for sending and accepting translations batches Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sitecore Content Hub?

It's a bit difficult to understand for a non-specialist to make changes. A small change could have a significant impact. We can add security levels to be really on the safer side. Some of the integrations are a bit difficult as well. Also, their cost is increasing, and people are moving towards Adobe Experience Manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think a lot of work need to be focused on the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery aspects of Content Hub. It lacks in the areas of ease of unit testing, ability to source control configuration, and ability to package and promote a release from a non-prod environment to production.
