"Comprehensive Monitoring with Room for UI and Integration Improvements"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Site24x7?

Site24x7's best feature is its all-in-one monitoring. It tracks website uptime, servers, applications, and networks. It supports both cloud and on-premise systems, offers customizable alerts, and provides detailed reports, all with an easy-to-use interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site24x7?

Site24x7's pricing can be confusing, and some users find the advanced features have a learning curve. The alert system can be overwhelming without proper setup, and there are fewer third-party integrations compared to competitors. Also, the UI could be more modern and less cluttered. "Excellent for Integrations, Despite Sensitive Alerts"
5/5
What do you like best about Site24x7?

I really liked the platform's interface; it was very intuitive when performing integrations. I also appreciate that the documentation is well-structured and offers clear step-by-step guides to facilitate the process. Another strong point is the automatic generation of reports, which saves significant management time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site24x7?

What I liked least was the volume of alerts received via email, as they were very repetitive. The default thresholds seem to be too sensitive, which generates unnecessary notifications. Additionally, I feel that the minimum requirement of 16 GB of RAM for the probe can be a bit complicated or restrictive depending on the available infrastructure. "Easy to Implement Monitoring with Clear Visibility and Timely Alerts"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Site24x7?

Site24x7 has been a good experience overall. It is easy to use, straightforward to implement, and gives us clear visibility into the health of our sites and services. The biggest benefit is timely alerting, which helps the team react quickly when something is down or performance starts degrading. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site24x7?

Overall the experience has been positive, but some parts of the platform can feel a bit busy and could be more intuitive when configuring alerts or navigating deeper settings. Reporting and dashboard customization could also be more flexible. Nothing major, but there is room to make day to day management a little smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fantastic Uptime & Performance Monitoring with Site24x7"
4/5
What do you like best about Site24x7?

Site24x7 is a fantastic tool for monitoring our uptime and performance, and more often than not it’s the first indicator that something is going wrong within our infrastructure or WAN connections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site24x7?

The web portal interface is very granular, which can make it a nightmare to navigate. However, once you’ve set up a few templates, you’re probably good to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AWS Monitoring with Site24x7 via API Key Access"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Site24x7?

I like the agent less monitoring for our AWS environment via API key access. This makes site24x7 easy to integrate with any VM type cloud platform, extremely versatile application, as it covers all OS types, and many different vendor integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site24x7?

The issue sometimes with adding additional monitors like Windows update monitor services etc. We have another tool for windows updates so this auto monitor by agent is not required for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unified Monitoring and Proactive Alerts That Save Time"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Site24x7?

The "single pane of glass" visibility is the biggest winner for me. Being able to jump from a high-level website uptime check straight into server-level metrics or cloud resource usage without switching platforms is a huge time-saver. I also really value the flexibility of the alerting system; the fact that it can actually place a phone call to me when a critical circuit goes down rather than just burying another notification in a noisy Slack channel has saved our team during off-hours more than once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site24x7?

The user interface feels a bit stuck in the past. It’s functional, but it’s definitely cluttered, and finding specific advanced settings can feel like a scavenger hunt. Also, the alerting can be a double-edged sword; if you don't spend significant time fine-tuning your thresholds early on, you’ll get hit with a "storm" of individual notifications for a single incident instead of one consolidated report. The pricing model can also be a bit of a headache to navigate once you start adding various monitors and add-ons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unified Monitoring and Reliable Real-Time Alerts in One Dashboard"
4/5
What do you like best about Site24x7?

What I like best about Site24x7 is the unified visibility it provides across servers, network devices, and applications from a single dashboard. It significantly simplifies monitoring by consolidating performance metrics, alerts, and reports in one place.

The real-time alerting is very reliable and customizable, which helps us proactively detect and resolve issues before they impact users. I also appreciate how easy it is to deploy agents and start monitoring quickly without complicated setup.

Another standout feature is the detailed performance analytics and reporting. It makes troubleshooting faster and gives clear insights for capacity planning and management reporting.

Overall, it strikes a great balance between powerful features and ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site24x7?

One area that could be improved in Site24x7 is the user interface, which can feel slightly overwhelming at first due to the large number of features and configuration options available. It sometimes takes time to navigate through the menus to find specific settings.

Additionally, some advanced configurations and reporting customizations require a bit of a learning curve. While the documentation is helpful, having more guided setup wizards or simplified views for complex features would make onboarding even smoother.

We would also appreciate more flexibility in licensing during the evaluation phase to fully test advanced features in a production-like environment.

Overall, these are relatively minor compared to the platform’s strengths, but refining these areas would enhance the user experience further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The perfect all-in-one tool for full infrastructure visibility"
5/5
What do you like best about Site24x7?

What I like most is the unified view it provides. Being able to monitor our websites, servers, network devices, and cloud infrastructure all from a single console is incredibly efficient. It eliminates the need to jump between different tools, giving us a complete picture of our IT health at a glance." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site24x7?

There is nothing I dislike about the functionality itself. However, because the platform is so feature-rich, it can take a little time to explore and learn where all the settings are located. But once you get used to it, it's very easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
