"Reliable platform for log analysis and performance monitoring"
4/5
What do you like best about Site24x7?

What I like most about Site24x7 is its centralized real-time monitoring, detailed log analysis, and proactive alerting. This allows us to quickly detect incidents, identify the root cause, and improve the availability and stability of our services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site24x7?

What I dislike about Site24x7 is that some advanced configurations and customizations can be complex to implement, especially in hybrid environments. Additionally, troubleshooting certain integrations may require more detailed documentation or external support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Significantly more satisfied with Site24x7: Clear mobile app with a clear status overview"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Site24x7?

We switched from PRTG to Site24x7 and I am significantly more satisfied with the solution than with the previous product. I would particularly like to highlight the native mobile app: PRTG also has something that is called a mobile app, but it's not really useful. In contrast, the app from Site24x7 is much clearer — I have a clean view of my environment's status on the go, without detouring through a stripped-down web interface. This makes a noticeable difference in everyday life. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site24x7?

The web interface initially seems a bit overloaded and the menu structure is quite extensive. However, that's a matter of taste and you get used to it over time — compared to the old solution, the interface is still a clear advantage despite this small criticism.

What actually stands out negatively to me, however, is the somewhat opaque licensing structure with the many different plans. Finding the right plan for your own requirements is not always easy. The gradation between the plans is sometimes quite large — the jump from one tier to the next can be quite significant. Here, I would wish for a more transparent and finely graded structure. "Unified Full-Stack Monitoring in One Cloud Dashboard"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Site24x7?

It makes it easy to keep an eye on all aspects of the enterprise. I like its ability to bring full-stack monitoring together in a single cloud-based dashboard, which removes the need to rely on multiple disconnected tracking tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site24x7?

At times, it can feel overwhelming to sift through all the noise just to find the important information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"comprehensive all-in-one monitoring tool for whole infrastructure"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Site24x7?

The “All-in-One” Console: Site24x7 is often praised as a unified platform. Rather than purchasing one tool for website monitoring, another for APM (Application Performance Monitoring), and a third for server or network monitoring, it brings all of these capabilities together in a single pane of glass. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site24x7?

Cluttered User Interface (UI): Because Site24x7 aims to be an “all-in-one” tool, the dashboard can feel overwhelming, crowded, and somewhat dated. It can also take too many clicks to locate specific metrics or move between different modules, especially when compared with the sleeker, more streamlined UIs of competitors like Datadog or New Relic. "Site24x7 Delivers Comprehensive Monitoring and Proactive Alerts"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Site24x7?

I liked that Site24x7 monitors all the little details across our infrastructure and applications. It provides comprehensive visibility, proactive alerting, and detailed insights, helping us quickly identify and resolve issues before they impact users or business operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site24x7?

Site24x7 is quite different from other monitoring tools I have used, so it takes some time to learn and become familiar with its interface, features, and navigation. While it is powerful and provides detailed monitoring capabilities, the initial learning curve can be challenging for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick Setup, Reliable Alerts—A Solid Monitoring Tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Site24x7?

We’ve been using Site24x7 mainly for uptime and basic infrastructure monitoring. What I like most is that it didn’t take long to get running, and once the alerts were configured it’s been pretty reliable. When something goes down or performance drops we usually know right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site24x7?

The UI took me a little bit of time to get used to, but after the initial setup it’s mostly “set it and forget it.” Overall it’s been a solid monitoring tool for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive, Reliable, and Essential for Our Daily Operations"
4/5
What do you like best about Site24x7?

The best part of Site24x7 is how easy it is to set up and its great value for money. Compared to other monitoring tools, the configuration is very straightforward, and we were able to start monitoring our systems almost instantly. It provides rich features and reliable alerting at a very reasonable price point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site24x7?

While Site24x7 has great features, the user interface can feel a bit cluttered and overwhelming at times. Because it offers so many metrics, it sometimes takes a while to find the exact configuration or report I need. A cleaner, more modern dashboard layout would make the user experience much better. "Comprehensive Monitoring with Room for UI and Integration Improvements"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Site24x7?

Site24x7's best feature is its all-in-one monitoring. It tracks website uptime, servers, applications, and networks. It supports both cloud and on-premise systems, offers customizable alerts, and provides detailed reports, all with an easy-to-use interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site24x7?

Site24x7's pricing can be confusing, and some users find the advanced features have a learning curve. The alert system can be overwhelming without proper setup, and there are fewer third-party integrations compared to competitors. Also, the UI could be more modern and less cluttered.
