What do you like best about Site Stacker?

It allows us to host a robust donor portal that we do not need to manage the development. It is customizable to tailor the look and feel. It is easy to add content once the system is set up. Support team and staff are all very helpful and friendly. Great people behind the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site Stacker?

Any changes require development time. Their rates are reasonable, but scheduling and options are limited. It isn't as flexible as other systems. Reporting is limited and some reports use data that isn't the most recent (ie old addresses show up in places they should not). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Site Stacker:

If you have a wide range of needs: donor management/CRM, donor portal, web, and maybe more, Site Stacker is a great option. If your needs are a bit more focussed on a donor portal, you might want to consider something that works closely with your CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Site Stacker solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need a place where donors can give to our organization and specify which program or account they want to designate. We need these pages to be attractive, easy to use, mobile-friendly, and PCI compliant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Site Stacker?

I liked the back-end of SiteStacker and the ability to impersonate a donor. I miss that from our new vendor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site Stacker?

SiteStacker was overall not user-friendly for either the owner or the end party. If we needed to have a slight tweak made to our giving page, it would have to go through our IT team, and then it would take weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
