It offers an excellent user experience related to online giving through our website. The online campaign feature is very helpful for our employees and volunteers to raise money for specific projects or initiatives. Where SiteStacker excels is in its automation capabilities. Although it does require an extensive knowledge of the multiple components in building out workflows, once that work is done, collecting applications and tracking the various items needed is very convenient. Whenever we have had an issue, staff have been easy to reach and responsive. **What do you dislike about Site Stacker?** SiteStacker is a robust system, but it does have limited integration with other platforms. While there are several platforms with which it does integrate, if your organization has one which it does not, it requires manual data transfers which may not be sustainable. Regarding automation, you must be very careful if you change any of the triggers or steps in the process as it can easily break the workflow and cause frustration for the user. SiteStacker is also very reliant upon email notifications and lacks a dedicated mobile application which would be very useful in collecting applications. **What problems is Site Stacker solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to implementing SiteStacker, our organization did not have an all-inclusive program to track application items of our volunteers and new employees. Its automation feature through Motion 2 has been an answer to that problem and has allowed us to only need to access one platform to track those application items. ### 2. As a web developer, I enjoy having the various premade template components as well as a way to add custom code for unique experiences! **What do you dislike about Site Stacker?** The downsides I see, are the limited use of third party app integrations. It can feel like vendor lock in, and if you already have an infrastructure built on other platforms it can be seen as a barrier to entry or exit. **What problems is Site Stacker solving and how is that benefiting you?** Site stacker helps bring an easy web buidling experience to our team that has limited human capital in the frontend web department. Our team can deploy updates with limited friction, on a daily basis. The ability to trigger next steps based on various criteria has been a huge help to our applicants and mobilizers. Our staff use Site Stacker every day to maintain regular follow up with candidates and keep them moving forward. **What do you dislike about Site Stacker?** Sometimes it is not as user friendly as we would like. To get good reports, we need someone with the IT knowledge and expertise to write them. Gratefully, we have that, but not all organizations do. However, customer support is always available and helpful when you seek them out. **What problems is Site Stacker solving and how is that benefiting you?** In the past, we did not have a good solution for keeping track of each candidate and their process. It is customizable to tailor the look and feel. It is easy to add content once the system is set up. Support team and staff are all very helpful and friendly. Great people behind the product. **What do you dislike about Site Stacker?** Any changes require development time. Their rates are reasonable, but scheduling and options are limited. It isn't as flexible as other systems. Reporting is limited and some reports use data that isn't the most recent (ie old addresses show up in places they should not). **Recommendations to others considering Site Stacker:** If you have a wide range of needs: donor management/CRM, donor portal, web, and maybe more, Site Stacker is a great option. If your needs are a bit more focussed on a donor portal, you might want to consider something that works closely with your CRM. **What problems is Site Stacker solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need a place where donors can give to our organization and specify which program or account they want to designate.
