Picking store locations shouldn’t take months of spreadsheets and vendor reports. Factori Site Selection is location intelligence software that helps retailers find, compare, and validate new sites in one place. The software is powered by Factori’s Real World Graph, which brings together 90B+ daily signals, 200M+ points of interest, and coverage across 150+ countries. Foot traffic, trade area analysis, demographics, competitor and co-tenancy mapping, spend patterns, and property data sit in one platform, so teams can score and rank markets and sites, benchmark against existing store performance, and spot white space for retail expansion. Key use cases - New store location selection and site scoring - Trade area and market analysis - Competitor proximity and co-tenancy analysis - White space analysis and retail expansion planning - Store network planning and portfolio optimization - Pre-lease site validation Who it’s for Retailers and retail brands, including real estate and expansion teams, strategy and analytics teams, and executives who sign off on new store openings. Why teams choose it One platform for location data, trade area analytics, and site scoring, instead of juggling multiple tools Decisions backed by real-world movement, demographic, and spend signals rather than gut feel Faster site evaluation, from market shortlist to final lease decision Flexible delivery through the Factori Platform, API, Snowflake, BigQuery, and S3
