The title above says it all. It was easy to get started using Site Search 360 on our site with the default configuration. Over the last 18 months I've come to better understand the available features and have customized the results. Our stakeholders needs change throughout the school year so it's helpful to see what people have been searching on and customize the search results. The online documentation is really helpful. I've had a few issues that I needed help with and emails are generally responded to within 24 hours. The follow-up emails are really helpful. My suggestions for improvement have been implemented very quickly. It tells me this is a company that strives for continuous improvement and satisfied customers. At a basic level it was very easy to get up and running then for more specific requirements the support was really excellent. Also the search results are well presented and fast. The SiteSearch is a very easy to use product. The integration into our website was straight forward and it just works. We have just been introduced to and are in the process of trying this out in the last week and we are loving how fast and easy it is to use. You don't have to use technical terms to get to what your looking for. Also, liking that it has autocompletion and can group search results and you can customize the search box.
