It brings commercial, health and safety, fleet, plant and subcontractor work into one system, so teams stop running the business across spreadsheets, email and WhatsApp. Getting paid. Raise applications for payment against your contract, with the payment notice and pay-less notice deadlines worked out and tracked, so a missed notice doesn't quietly cost you money. Track retention, variations and project profitability (CVR), and share applications with clients through a secure portal. Buying and supply chain. Purchase orders with approvals, goods received notes matched to supplier invoices, and plant hire tracked per project so kit doesn't sit on hire longer than it should. Health and safety. Build RAMS with AI-assisted drafting, brief them on site, and collect digital sign-off from operatives on their phones. Toolbox talks, incident and near-miss reporting, lift plans and COSHH assessments sit in the same place, with a timestamped record of who saw what and when. Fleet. A vehicle register with inspections and defects, and MOT and tax status checked against DVLA. Subcontractors. Onboard subcontractors on their phone, track insurance and document expiry, collect weekly whereabouts and keep CIS status records alongside the people you pay. Built for how UK contractors work. JCT, NEC and the Scheme for Construction Contracts, UK terminology throughout, and connections to Xero or Sage for accounts.
