I love the polished and intuitive user interface of Sisense. The integration capabilities are impressive, ranging from non-embedded options to iframes and an SDK that we can leverage in our application. The 'compose SDK' is well documented and provides easy-to-follow examples for integrating within a React application. It's great that we can build Sisense into our product and offer useful information directly through the app. The transition from Exago to Sisense was pretty easy, and having a Jasper Reports plugin for legacy reports that need to be pixel-perfect is a great asset. The elasticache feature is probably our least used feature because of the way our databases need to be queried and cross database schemas joined together. It isn't supported in the elasticube. We tried to use the build for RedShift that leverages elasticube, but we eventually stopped using it altogether. Another area for improvement would be with the Git integration. Initially, it seemed like what we needed, but our engineers decided it does not fit our needs. It seems more geared towards people with a staging Sisense deployment and a production, whereas we only have one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
