"Sirion CLM: Powerful Obligation Management and Practical AI for Enterprise Governance"
5/5
What do you like best about Sirion CLM?

What I like best about Sirion CLM is its strong obligation management capability, which goes beyond basic tracking and enables meaningful governance of contractual commitments at scale.

The platform’s AI features are increasingly practical and add real value in areas like clause extraction and contract intelligence. It is also well-suited for complex, enterprise implementations, given its flexibility and integration readiness. From an implementation partner standpoint, the collaborative approach of Sirion’s teams - across sales, product, and customer success - makes a noticeable difference in driving successful outcomes. Overall, it strikes a good balance between depth, innovation, and partnership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sirion CLM?

While Sirion CLM is a strong platform overall, there are areas that could be improved. Given its depth and flexibility, initial configuration and implementation can be complex, especially for organizations with less mature contracting processes. The user experience in certain modules could be more intuitive, particularly for occasional business users. That said, Sirion’s product and customer success teams are generally responsive and open to feedback, and we have seen the product maturing over time with feedback. "Comprehensive CLM That Brings Legal, Procurement, and Business onto One Platform"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sirion CLM?

The end‑to‑end contract lifecycle coverage is the strongest aspect: from intake and clause libraries to authoring, negotiation, approvals, and post‑signature obligations. The platform is flexible in how workflows are configured, which lets us mirror our internal approval chains and policy controls without a lot of workaround. Search and reporting are also strong—being able to quickly locate contracts, filter by key terms, and pull basic metrics has made audits and stakeholder requests much easier. Integration with our existing tools (email, e‑signature, and some upstream/downstream systems) has reduced manual handoffs and kept more of the process in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sirion CLM?

Nothing significant so far. The platform has largely met our expectations, and any minor issues we’ve encountered have been manageable and addressed through configuration or support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outstanding End-to-End CLM Automation with Powerful AI and Workflow Design"
5/5
What do you like best about Sirion CLM?

The end-to-end CLM process automation is outstanding, from contract creation through renewal tracking. The workflow designer with its visual drag-and-drop interface makes complex approval flows much easier to manage, and the AI capabilities significantly speed up document processing. The platform also provides strong compliance controls and visibility across the entire contract lifecycle. Features like bulk operations and automated notifications help eliminate manual bottlenecks that traditionally slow down legal teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sirion CLM?

The platform is intuitive to use, and it keeps getting better as new features are added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Customizable CLM Solution with Powerful Integrations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sirion CLM?

I like how intuitive Sirion CLM is. Its strong template and clause management lets us enforce our templates effectively and reduce manual work, which prevents template misuse, producing consistent contracts across business lines. I appreciate the integration with DocuSign for eSignature and the flexible integrations with tools like SAP. What is the strong is the ability to customize and configure anything within the tool, which helps us customize the system according to our needs without needing to adjust our workflow. This adaptability aids in user adoption since we can bring not-so-perfect processes into the tool and improve as we use it. Once we obtained config/customization access, the setup was smooth. I also like how Sirion CLM replaces email chaos with clear workflow, central templates, approvals, search, and audit trail, creating a single source of truth. The response to minor adjustments is quick, with new features and improvements every month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sirion CLM?

Nothing big, just little adjustments but to these Sirion CLM react quickly and every month bring new features and improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
