What do you like best about Sirion CLM?
In general:
SirionLabs is a complete and very professional Contract Life Cycle Management toolset, which gives you the possibility to look at data on all levels from a very detailed level, up to a level on which all data has been aggregated to a company management level. Very nice, clear and downloadable business intelligence dashboards and reports.
The six modules:
1) CONTRACT MANAGEMENT MODULE - with easy access to and visibility of the DOCUMENT REPOSITORY for all contractual documents, and the relationship between the documents
2) PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT MODULE - with fully automated OBLIGATION & SERVICE LEVEL MANAGEMENT
3) FINANCE MANAGEMENT MODULE - used for INVOICE VALIDATION and/or automated BILLING FILE CREATION
4) COLLABORATION MODULE - with our INTERNAL RISK REGISTER and management of ACTIONS and GOVERNANCE MEETINGS
5) ADVANCED ANALYTICS MODULE - overlaying data from all other modules with highly customized BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYTICS, USER SPECIFIC DASHBOARDS and REPORTS
6) CONTRACT AUTHORING MODULE - today we are only using parts of the functionality in this very powerful module, i.e. CONTRACT CHANGE NOTES and REQUEST FOR SERVICES management
My journey with SirionLabs:
It started in March'20 when I was assigned the task to, locally in Sweden, programme manage the implementation of SirionLabs on Fujitsu Sweden's top-6 accounts, and significantly increase the usage of the system. The input consisted of a list of around 50 statements related to problems/needs/areas of improvements in the company's day-to-day work. We reached the goal by the end of the FY20. The successful outcome of the SirionLabs programme was achieved by analysing, categorising (in some 15 initiatives) and implementing solutions (some of them quite complex) to address all statements, presented in the needs analysis. Some of them very complex. Some initiatives required account specific solutions, while many were implemented as common initiatives for all 6 accounts, to ensure that aggregated data would give a standardised Business Intelligence view for Fujitsu Sweden’s senior management.
The people:
SirionLabs' Senior Account Director Sarah, the project management, technical implementation and support teams in India, and SirionLabs' executive management, have all been very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, timely and positive to work with.
Conclusion:
The extremely good and professional cooperation with the SirionLabs team was one of the key success factors for our programme. And the toolset itself is a complete, powerful, stable and secure solution for managing the customer contracts from end-to-end. We have completed a great overall experience journey together!
