Siprex is a cloud-based management system for restaurants, cafes and bars. It replaces the three separate tools most venues run — one for orders, one for accounting, one for staff — with a single system: the order a waiter takes reaches the kitchen, reduces stock, posts to the customer account, and turns into a margin figure at close of day, without the same data being entered twice. Included as standard: table and floor management (floor plan, bill splitting and transfers), kitchen display screen, recipe-based inventory with portion costing, QR menu with pay-at-table, cash drawer and end-of-day close (shift till, Z report), back-office accounting (customer accounts, cheques and due dates), staff and shift tracking, Turkish e-invoicing (e-Fatura, e-Arşiv, e-Adisyon), delivery and courier tracking, AI-assisted reports. Modules: self-service kiosk, fiscal printer (ÖKC) integration, loyalty and coupons, reservations, production recipes, multi-branch and franchise management, menu board, SMS and WhatsApp notifications, customer-facing display. Integrations: Yemeksepeti, Trendyol Go, Getir, Migros Yemek, Uber Eats, inPOS fiscal printers, and the e-Logo, EDM and Uyumsoft e-document services. Modules are not sold separately — every feature is included in every plan, and plans differ only by the number of users, tills and branches. Setup, menu entry and training are done by the vendor. A 14-day free trial is available with no credit card required. Data is hosted in Turkey and can be exported when a subscription ends.
