You can learn how to use this software in very short time. NFC tags are very helpful for maintenance and inspections. The next best in line is it is very easy to use and Velis Real Estate tech welcome the clients idea and molds the software as per their request. **What do you dislike about SINGU?** I know they have periodic updates on software, but there are a few places where they can improve much more. **Recommendations to others considering SINGU:** Singu FM is Cost Effective, Much easier to use and Willingness to listen to clients' ideas. **What problems is SINGU solving and how is that benefiting you?** Communication is the biggest problem, we don't receive updates or status of the work we needed to know. After using Singu FM everything is in a single line of process, we receive notifications about each and every stage of work through Mobile or Email. ### 5. It also have Arabic interface. **What do you dislike about SINGU?** I would encourage Singu team to have interfaces with legacy network components (ex.
