What do you like best about Sine by Honeywell?

Sine-Pro is really easy to use and manage. We use it for several locations across Australia and it pretty much does everything we need it to. It's saved us a lot of messy paperwork on our front counters! Staff are really friendly and I get quick responses via web chat if I have a query. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sine by Honeywell?

I would love to be able to access the list of Current Access Passes from the Sine-Pro app itself instead of having to log in on the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sine by Honeywell solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to remain compliant with our visitor management, as the system is easy to update as required. It's great to be able to set different sign-in requirements for different visitor types. It saves us a lot of messy paperwork at the front counter and I can manage several different locations externally. As we no longer have a receptionist, it's also great to notify hosts when a visitor has arrived. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Sine has not been consistent with Auto Sign in and out."

What do you like best about Sine by Honeywell?

Right now the most helpful thing is the sign in and out for contractor/visitors Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sine by Honeywell?

Auto sign in and out is very inconsistent. A lot of times it doesn't sing me out after going outside of the Electronic fence. I have traveled all the way home some 32 miles away from the office and it still had not signed me out. I feel like I have to wake up my pnone in order for the auto in and out will work. I need for this to be as seamless as possible. I didn't want a solution that requires me to consciously be aware of Sine everyday. For user using the auto feature this needs to be seamless. What problems is Sine by Honeywell solving and how is that benefiting you?

If we are not manually signing in and out then it is not benefitting us. If I leave the site and get all the way home and I'm still signed in then this defeats the purpose. Which is to account for all who are on this site in the event of an emergency. My boss does not want to send first responders into an hazardous building to look for someone who physically not onsite but Sine didn't sign them out.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We like that Sine tracks our visitors and enables us to have a log on all those who enter our office space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sine by Honeywell solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need to have a log of all visitors entering our office space to stay HIPPA compliant. Sine is easy for our visitors to sign in and notify the person they are here to see. This benefits our company in the fact that we don't have to have a receptionist sit at the front door and monitor our visitors. If we ever need to provide a log of those who have visited our office, we can download that directly from the Sine platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
