Downside. The Drivers License scanner is slightly tacky and the mounted license holder is an added expense; it should be provided at no charge. Without the ID holder accessory, there is no indication of where a visitor should scan their DL card without looking behind the scanner (not all know it's an actual IPAD and where the camera is located). It would be nice if Sine worked with more devices than Apple for the sign-in devices. The iPads can be a maintenance nightmare at times, and I believe that's the weakest link. Pursuant to that, some type of notifications should be provided when a kiosk goes down so that someone may look into the issue without having to continually check the management console. Helpful is the fact that contractors are able to view documents and sign with me not having to be there when they come in. Also now we have groups that are alerted of vistors coming to see them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
