**What do you like best about SIMSIM?**

The best thing is it has videos for many products by different sellers. It has a wide variety of products, competitive pricing and easy returns and replacements

**What do you dislike about SIMSIM?**

I like the quality of products but the website needs few improvements like the product categorising, search results and sorting results can be better,and it should encourage users to write reviews.

**What problems is SIMSIM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I  buy  office essentials like pens, dusters, mop, fan cleaner and other stuff for my office colleagues using simsim, I use its video feature to show them the product before ordering and this reduces the order returns.I also saved my cards at simsim for quick orders
