I can't think of anything! It was incredibly customizeable. The only thing I can think of (which is more an issue of our internal team) is that I wish I could auto-approve everything at once because our managers aren't the best systems users and I had to go through and approve several for them. Analytics are via an Excel Spreadsheet and were hard to use. However, the core value proposition of this is collaboration, transparency, and process management - it's a winner in all those areas.
