"User Friendly but Lacking some flexibility" 3/5 What do you like best about SimplyMerit? I like the functionality of entering compensation as a % change or $ change. I also like that it can generate comp memos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SimplyMerit? I dislike that you can't store more than 5 comp changes for history. Also that you can't filter by job or sort columns (lowest to highest, etc.). I don't like that once the changes are approved it isn't automatically reflected in the system. You have to do another import. I also wish that you could rearrange the columns or lock the first name when you need to scroll over. This makes things very tedious. What do you dislike about SimplyMerit? The only request I would have would be that Simply Merit make sure they have the latest mapping information from the HRIS system the client uses. I did make a request regarding something that wasn't mapped correctly, and they said they would be looking into having it updated for the next year's merit increase. I think with any system, there is a learning curve to setting up the system. With SimplyMerit, getting used to adding or removing information from the system can take some time getting used to it. It's focused on exactly what an HR professional needs for the annual merit process. It was incredibly quick and intuitive to set up, including uploading the initial data into the site, as well as downloading it afterward for further analysis. The approving managers liked the simple functionality; they were able to easily access, review, and approve merit recommendations for their team.
