What do you like best about Simply.Coach?
The platform is wonderfully simple to use - neat, organized, and functional. The support team has been especially helpful! I recently requested a new feature - the team implemented it within a month!! Who else operates this way?!
There are many points of contact between the coach and the client; goals, journals, the ability to assign action items, a shared messaging space, etc. There is also an excellent selection of ready made digital tools for gathering feedback, organizing points for upcoming sessions, and evaluating progress. And if a different tool is needed, the platform allows for the creation of almost any kind of tool imaginable. All these are fully interactive for the coach and the client - the system just works!
Perhaps the most powerful aspect is the ability to create journeys. These are per-programmed instructions that the platform runs automatically. Do you want your clients to report their initial situation, send them training materials with accompanying videos, record their thoughts after each session, then give you feedback on how effective your coaching is? Simply create a journey one time, then reuse it as often as you like! Journeys allow for fine control, including such triggers as “send this PDF 4 hours after the previous session,” and “remind the client to do X 10 days after the journey starts.” Stages of the journey can also be triggered manually, in case even more control is needed.
I wouldn’t have space to say everything I want to about this great platform. If you are still undecided, please take advantage of the free trial. See what a great team you will be working with! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Simply.Coach?
Booking and payment – I'm updating my review. I initially said that Simply.Coach did not offer prepay options when booking sessions. However, after a recent update, it IS now possible to collect payment prior to booking! Thank you to the support team for rolling out this new feature!
Creating a new tool or journey feels slow. Because it is a web interface, and because the platform can do so many things, making a tool from scratch can take a long time. However, once a tool is made, it can be reused, copied, and modified. In other words, starting out is slow, but once a collection of tools are built up things become more efficient.
