In my experience, the implementation and maintenance of of these systems can become challenging as business needs grow and evolve. The modules are user friendly. 2) At a click of button you get the clear picture of a particular document and also its related attachments are available. 3) The software is compatable to accept any kind of attachments viz PDF, Word, Excel, Email 4) All my external auditors are impressed !! 5) The classic thing is it gives you complete traceability of each and every transaction **What do you dislike about Simploud?** 1) User can use other user password and move ahead with the transaction in his absence also (..) 2) In case of any system crash/ breakdown there is no standby module where we can get temporary access to data. After restoration the data can be transferred to main domain module of Simploud. Presently we manage hard copy QMS documents incase if Simploud is Down. **What problems is Simploud solving and how is that benefiting you?** In the year 2024 we are going to introduce additional modules like Complaint Handling Management Audit Management Document Management System (SOPs and Formats) This is going to be a blessing for QA Team. It would be great if Simploud can be useful for tracking scheduled activities like 1) Calibration Calendar 2) Fortnightly/ Monthly / Annual Planner for Shopfloor activities Presently these are tracked manually/ Excel / SAP which is not user friendly and there are chances of lapses. ### 6.
