Too many steps if you are using the bank reconciliation feature. The creation of a deposit is an extra step that should be eliminated since, on receipt of the amount, a checkmark of "Money received" should be set up. This feature would make it easier to use. Cannot send invoices, breakdown of customer payments is not that easy to configure/allocate, cannot customize notices/letters. If you want to send a monthly invoice with a breakdown of charges, you cant.
