Fairly simple to use once you get to know their program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SimplifyEm? 1) I was talked out of my free 1st month, which I should have gotten. 2) I was told that one of the best things about this co is that you can speak to a real person as often as you need, NOT THE CASE EVER. They do not answer and they must schedule appointments with you which can be weeks out, NOT HELPFUL MOST OF THE TIME. 3) I did not get my free month, i complained about what I was promised and what the TRUE experience is. This falls on completely deaf ears, no one apologized or corrected any issues, they just ignore your complaint and move on. Never responding to any issues regarding their business practices. 4) still did not get any resolution to this free month and no real live person easily to speak to for weeks on end and they raised my rate, when I was told that my rate was good for 2 years. Again, they completely ignore their faults and their misinformation. Extremely disappointed in the people here. The program works fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering SimplifyEm: Simplifyem doesn't want to let my honest rebutted of using their platform I pay for every month.
