Simply outdated and non-user friendly platform **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2020 **What do you like best about SimplifyEm?** I liked that the pricing it offered was the best price compared to other software platforms. However, I quickly learned that that pricing was for the very basic use,,, anything else you want to do will cost you.. things like online payment, owner portal, profit and loss reports, etc. **What do you dislike about SimplifyEm?** I don't like that I you accidentally delete something, you are not able to go back and recover it.The only way to do that is paying a fee. If you make a mistake, there is no way of turning back. In order to get simple accounting reports you have to pay so much more for the program, also to accept online payments. Everything costs more and more. **Recommendations to others considering SimplifyEm:** Its a very basic program. It was really just a step up from my own excel spreadsheet creations.
