None, so far the experience has been bad, even contacting support is meh from the start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Simplify3D? Very deceptive from the start, the website says my printers are supported but they weren't available on the choices of printers to use, so I have to manually set up each printer profile from scratch to be able to use it, contacted support and it took a day before they got back to me. I availed for a refund since my printer wasn't really available and it took over 24 hours to get support on how to set it up. No dedicated support like they claimed and $149 to manually set up your printer is just too much. You are better off using Cura or Prusaslicer which are free and support more printers. They said I will be refunded in 2days, it has been 5 days and still have not received the $149 refund, even though they already deactivated my account, confirmed with my bank and no pending refund from them.
