What do you like best about Simpliconnect?

Simplificonnect has been useful for our convenience store’s loyalty program. I have witnessed an impressive change in customers’ response particularly after we began to use this program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simpliconnect?

Simpliconnect does not provide enough data about customer trends. I did not observe characteristics that provide pattern data of buying behavior and categorization of loyal customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Simpliconnect solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been able to transform our overall management of the loyalty programs with a lot of ease through the platform of simpliconnect. The integration of the mobile app into POS systems has eliminated paperwork and enhanced the customer experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
