Things have turned out extremely well for us with Simplicant. Decision makers often make the mistake of looking at old HRIS systems that often become a costly proposition because of their useless recruiting capabilities. What do you like best about Simplicant?

The system is simple to navigate. Our hiring managers love it and it has been easy to have it adopted into our current workflow where candidate screening needs to be quick. We like scheduling interviews in Simplicant and sending out virtual interview packets to interviewers so that they have everything they need such as resume, cover letter and interview evaluation forms. What do you dislike about Simplicant?

The depth of functionality offered by Simplicant creates a huge difference in making life easier for the entire organization in terms of recruiting. Calendar scheduling and making sure hiring managers are fully involved and have complete information about the candidates prior to the interview was a big challenge.
