Right from the time you advertise a job to the completion of hiring, the whole process is smooth and the recruitment cycle is fairly simple. **What do you dislike about Simplicant?** Nothing major to point out here, however, I would suggest better filtering of candidates, slightly reduced pricing, and better scheduling. Sometimes Simplicant is not able to describe syntactic roles so it may be looked into. **Recommendations to others considering Simplicant:** If you are willing to improve on to your current staffing solutions, immediately get hold of Simplicant. **What problems is Simplicant solving and how is that benefiting you?** Through Simplicant, I can directly post jobs at Indeed, Linkedin and other similar websites and that too in detail.
