It is challenging to find a downside here. If I were forced to nitpick something, it would be that sometimes mistakes are made, but we're all human and err from time to time. That said, their ratio of getting things right is off the charts, and when something does go wrong on their part, they're more than gracious about making good on it. Simplifi enables us to focus on the other solutions we provide our clients by being experts at administering our programmatic campaigns in a turnkey fashion. We trust that they know more than we do about running our campaigns, so we depend a lot on their expertise. We get a lot of support from them for everything from campaign setup to monitoring once implemented. And their support is outstanding and is very quick to turn around. It is pleasant to look at, straightforward on where to find where to navigate, on top of the breadth of options it gives you in campaign types, audiences, events, pixel placement and more. There are so many options and resources that it can be overwhelming for newcomers. In addition to the learning curve, some ways campaigns are built seem antiquated. For example, creating an addressable campaign is tedious and slow but must be completely redone and repopulated if it needs to be optimized.
