**What do you like best about SimpleTexting?**

I find SimpleTexting very simple and user-friendly, and it works great since I've had no issues with it. Being able to connect our toll-free number has been a great service for us. It's fantastic that we can add our business toll-free number to our account, which our customers know us from, and be able to text them updates. Most of our customers know us from our vanity toll-free number, so being able to text them from that number adds to our credibility. The initial setup of SimpleTexting was very easy and simple.

I use SimpleTexting to text clients through our toll-free number, adding credibility as it's the number our customers know us from.

**What do you like best about SimpleTexting?**

I like SimpleTexting for its ease of use and the link tracking and reporting feature. The ease of use lets me quickly put together a campaign, and the text tracking features help me understand how effective the text messages are in terms of user clicks on links. The initial setup was tremendously easy.

Nothing comes to mind.

I use SimpleTexting for text marketing to reach patients quickly. It's easy to use, letting me create campaigns fast. Link tracking and reporting show me how effective the messages are with user clicks.

**What do you like best about SimpleTexting?**

It was very easy to set up and the ease of use make it a great tool. My coworkers use it everyday and are easily able to navigate the platform and send messages almost instantly. Also the times I have reached out to customer support I have only been able to contact them via the chat option on their website, however I've always had a quick response.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

Changing a password does not log a user out. Some teams within our company share accounts across multiple platforms, so far this is the only platform we have encountered where a password change does not log a user out across all signed in devices.

**What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us set up appointments. We send our customers links via text messages so they can schedule online. It also helps us remind customers when they have appointments.

**What do you like best about SimpleTexting?**

The support is excellent. Every time I use the live chat, I get a response within 5 minutes. We primarily use SimpleTexting through their API which we call from our CRM. API response time has improved significantly over the last year or two. The API is well documented and the option to create and manage webhooks through their dashboard is very convenient.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

The cost seems to be a bit higher than the competition, particularly for MMS. My biggest issue is that numbers seem to get marked as "Invalid" for no apparent reason. I understand that they need to comply with laws and stop requests, but we have had our own executive staff numbers randomly get marked as invalid. This causes them to miss critical communications and alerts. I have asked support about it a few times but I was never able to get a reasonable explanation.

**What do you like best about SimpleTexting?**

One of the things I like best about Simple Texting is the different plans available for SMS messaging. Our old SMS messaging provider decided to increase their rates, and unfortunately it turned out to be dealbreaker. We found Simple Texting and so far it has been the perfect solution for our needs. In our field of business demand fluctuates seasonally, for us its important to set up a monthly plan that will cover the average  outgoing SMS amount. When we go over our plan, SimpleTexting charges a reasonable amount for extra SMS messages that are sent. Other key aspects of what I like is that set up  and teaching my coworkers how to use SimpleTexting was easy. Our transition from one SMS messaging provider to another couldn't have gone any smoother. Simple texting also has many features that are very useful, like setting up templates, sending/receiving media, and shortening links. Customer support is easy to reach which also is a notable contrast from our old provider. Another key aspect that deserves mentioning is that we have not experienced any downtime thus far. We send a considerable amount of SMS messages everyday, and its great to work without any interruptions.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

The only issue I've ran into is when we let go of a person, and I was changing passwords to the accounts that person uses I found out that changing loggin credentials does not log the person out of the account. So you would have to deactivate the account to fully prevent them from having access to it.  We work from home, and some users are required to have their own PC to work from, it would be great if by changing passwords it could log people out of the account.

Its helping us lower the amount of incoming calls to our call center because we are able to send an SMS message with a link so customers can book their appointments online.

**What do you like best about SimpleTexting?**

The verification process and account setup was a breeze, with great support from the SimpleTexting team. Sales and troubleshooting is always quick and responsive. Delivery of messages is excellent, in over a million messages sent thus far, we've had a single campaign fail to deliver as expected. Pricing is excellent, competitive with going direct with some of the major competitors. 9.5 of 10

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

I wish there were more straightforward integrations for reporting instead of having to download CSV files. They do have an API endpoint available, but that means getting our developer involved and honestly, that violates my primary reason for using a tool like this, I need it to be transparently simple for a savvy but non-developer user.

Sending mass SMS messages to a variety of opt-in audiences. This makes our clients very happy.

The alerts are unreliable. Push notifiations work from time to time,

The setup to start sending SMS is really helpful and easy to follow. In less than 5 minutes I'm ready to start my first SMS marketing campaign, which is what I needed.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

You have to upgrade your plan to use another toll free number than the one they give to you. I mean it's alright, but I would have liked to see the different area code options before I pay for the month.

SimpleTexting is helping me make easy SMS marketing campaigns with a clean UI and fast service. I only pay for SMS and I can separate this from email marketing, which usually comes in a bundle with other SaaS

User Friendly. All the staff is able to use the program, with little or no training. Which saves time for all. Reaches our Realtors in a timely matter. Very much like they can respond back with questions or acknowledgement.

Having to sign in all the time. It would be nice if there was an app.

I love that it's straight forward to onboard and get started. Also, there isn't much downtime for customer support and business registration.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

It was confusing why I couldn't import my contacts, but it was because my business wasn't registered yet. But honestly, it was a great overall onboarding.

I run a meet-up group so when we invite people, we text them to notify them versus email. It has created a quicker sign-up time which is awesome!

**What do you like best about SimpleTexting?**

SimpleTexting gives us the ability to communicate with our clients quickly and easily, one-on-one or in mass text form. We have real time texting with them from a computer or smart phone. We can see what other users have sent. Texts are categorized by which user interacted with that client last. Simpletexting is used all day, every day by our office staff. Simpletexting was quick and easy to set up. They worked with our phone provider to get the necessary certifications to use our existing landline as a text line through them as well.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

There have been some times when there was a delay in receiving texts which can be an issue as our clients are using it to notify us of arrival or cancellation.

**What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When Covid hit, we did not want all of our clients waiting in the same small room. We implemented SimpeTexting so that our clients could remain in the car until time to come in for their appointments. Since then, we've expanded our use of to send out mass cancellation or notification texts, reach out to hard to reach clients, and even send our selves reminders in our off time to be seen when we get back to the office. We're able to reach out to people without providing personal contact information which has been a huge bonus.

**What do you like best about SimpleTexting?**

I've used Simple Texting for over 3 years, and it's so user friendly and simple (hence the name, HAHA). I use it 3 times/year for client events/reminders to our real estate client database, and it's very functional to schedule new campaigns, duplicate/edit from past campaigns, and the customer support is very responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

I do wish it was a little easier to manage for when I only use it 3 times/year; they do have some options for this, and I wish it were a bit more clear. My team doesn't use it as frequently as other users or big corporations that text weekly/daily, but it's still the best option I've found for mass text services.  Love it overall, and really no issues.

It helps us send thousands of texts at one time, and makes it so easy to respond/see engagments, and create new campaigns. Very user friendly.

I tend to like it when companies make it as simple as possible for their customers to use their platform; being user-friendly is extremely important and crucial for me.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

One challenge that I'm currently facing with a subscriber is her attempting to Opt in to our text messages and she's still not able to successfully complete. I've even selected the Re-subscribe option under her name and she still hasn't been able to receive the text. So perhaps it's a phone provider issue at this point? I've exhausted what can be done on our end. Many thanks!

Texting our congregants is major and keeping the communication consistent, I enjoy the options that Simple Text provides to its clients but wish I knew how to work the platform better with text message automation and conditions.

**What do you like best about SimpleTexting?**

I like that the features are above average, there are pricing tiers & it's fairly affordable, and that there isn't much limitation to character count & content formatting.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

The only thing I'd say I "dislike" is that because it's not our only means of communication with our audience, we have to set up automations or manually enter a contact's info. The text to join is helpful, however we don't rely on that since we'd rather use one sign up form where they can check off which options theyd like to "opt-in" to.

**What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to communicate with our audience via text AND receive messages. I also love that there are ways to mark conversations so that you know what "status" they are in!

It is so easy to use! I also like the campaigns feature and, the ease of importing contacts. I am able to contact multiple people with ease and, it separates each conversation so, I can still keep track of who I am talking to!

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

Overall, my experience has been positive. I will say I regualrly run into issues where the app won't let me access new messages when an icon appears. It won't display or allow me to access the other messages.

I am able to easily communciate with multiple people at once. It is very easy to build contact lists which means I can keep track easily of who I have and havent spoken with.

This app is very easy to set up. Upon registering a custom phone number is created. The interface for receiving and responding to questions is easy to navigate and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

While you get a randomized number there is an extra cost to created a custom number or a shorter number for texting and responding. The basic plan gives you a standard number and you can keep that number.

We use Simple Texting for our live-streamed events. This has been a useful tool for receiving real-time interactions with our audience and responding to those questions in a Q & A forum.

Its features are easy to understand and use, pricing is great, and overall user-friendliness is fantastic. Using keywords to allow users to join lists is so helpful! The mobile app is also nice to have.

Haven't found any yet, as it is exactly as advertised and works great for our company to send out notification sms messages to employees.

Our company uses SimpleTexting to send notifications to our employees about notices, updates, and other important company related messages. We are a smaller company, so do not fully utilize all that SimpleTexting has to offer, but it covers all the bases we need.

It's got a simple interface and app that works well.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

It's sometimes a little glitchy on the app and it didn't send the automated responses as fast as I was hoping sometimes, I think it's all smoothed out tho.

**What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's providing notifications for our banquets and events in a timely simple manner that people can remember, we used to do physical tickets and we no longer do for many of our events and it saves us mailing and time.

I just had the best customer service experience with Eri! She was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me out. She patiently walked me through every issue I had and even took the time to format our spreadsheet so it was super easy to upload. And get this - she even refunded credits for campaigns that bounced! Eri's dedication to making my life easier really impressed me. I can't thank her enough for all her hard work and effort. If you're looking for exceptional customer service, look no further than Eri!  She is the true definition of "Customer Care" and SimpleTexting would be lost without her!

**What do you like best about SimpleTexting?**

I know most employees don't check their emails regularly, but everyone has their phones on them. I like the fact I can schedule texts to send at a later date/time. This feature helps simplify my job when I need to get information out to our employees, but I want to send it out later, say during their lunch, so I know they will have a moment to read it. Simple Texting helps me keep everyone on the same page and up to date with possible sudden changes.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

The only thing I have found that I am not a fan of is the text amount vs. the number of credits it takes to send them. It has to be a concise and straightforward message to qualify for just one credit. We have under 100 employees and still use hundreds if not thousands of credits a month but only send maybe 2-4 messages monthly.  I have found that short and sweet is the key to using Simple Texting.

**What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SimpleTexting has helped bridge the drop in communication between managers and employees. I can see reports on who received the messages and who did not through the status excel sheets they create for each campaign sent. The reports also help me update employees' phone numbers if they forget to tell me they have changed them.

The best feature about SimpleTexting is the readily available support team. I can email our representative at any time with questions or concerns and receive a solution within 24 hours...EVERY TIME!

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

I wish that I could manually assign current subscribers to other lists. As a church, we often have people who want to be a part of multiple lists for different ministry departments. They have to subscribe individually to each list, which I understand is likely a legal requirement for messengers.  At times, we've had numbers be classified as "invalid" without the subscriber having done anything on their end.

**What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to my hiring at my current church, there was no consistent form of communication with congregants. ST allows us to communicate consistently about all events, services, meals, outreach, and community projects so that everyone is notified at the same time each week. It helps our congregation have a place where information is current.

**What do you like best about SimpleTexting?**

The platform was quick and easy to set up for our company. We were able to set up automated campaigns and broadcasts within a day and get results quickly. Support was easy to get in touch with to brainstorm ideas we had and help us find creative ways to use the platform on top of what we could see from the tutorials.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

I wish I could set my automations into their own flows. I dont like that everything for all lists are in one area. I'd like to be able to see one flow at a time and see it in the order of the timeline of release.

There are not a lot of segmentation functions that you are able to do with other softwares. To make lists based off of the user's actions that they've taken, you must really set up some interesting workarounds and they're subpar at best. Not a great tool for higher-level strategies. Easy to grow out of this software.

It's helping me drive more users into my time-sensitive lives on Facebook as well as get them to my core pieces of content and bookings faster than ever.

Simple Texting allows us to keep an easy and efficient communication channel open with our team of 50 employees.  We can send out important updates to them instantly and it doesnt get missed like an email would.

The only downside is the limit on characters per message that you can send but I don't think that is something that they can control.

It's very easy to get started. Their user interface is intuitive, and I really enjoy their segmentation features so you're only sending text messages that appeal to specific groups in your list. It's also very easy to have your community opt-in via the number SimpleTexting provides and create embedded forms to encourage SMS subscriptions.

I wish it integrated directly with common CRM's as it's been a headache to keep our text list segmented alongside email list & CRM. The phone format requirements are super specific, which makes it hard to integrate text messaging & segmentation as part of the opt-in process in a funnel. We're having to do so manually which is hard when you have an email list of over 50,000.

We get to stay in touch with our customers & community in more meaningful ways. It helps us increase engagement on our live trainings and keep our customers in the loop of new features & content they're paying for.

The only downsides are some integrations and messaging tools do not apply to us since we are a non-profit, but there are always creative solutions that the ST team helps us find!

Reiel was very quick to respond, and though I wasn't the most patient through the process of onboarding from a previous service in a hurry due to the Black Friday / Cyber Monday Sale, my needs were met at light speed! I was up and running within about an hour. The transition was simple & fast, the application process for increasing sending limit was simple & fast, they saved my bum for my BFCM marketing campaign. My previous SMS marketing solution was slow to respond to new regulations and still hasn't verified our company despite years of loyalty.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

I'm fairly certain Reiel doesn't sleep. I'm concerned. He responds and fixes issues so fast, I'm afraid it's at a detriment to his health. He should have a beer on me and take an extra vacation day ASAP.

**What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My previous service (Textedly) was slow to respond to new regulations, slow to mitigate, and slow to help their loyal customer. They left me out in the cold without a blanket or shelter. SimpleTexting gave me a warm cozy room, a feather-down blanket, and some hot soup (figuratively).

I would love it if when you downgrade to another plan, you were able to keep the credits that you had in store. If you have already paid for those credits, those should stay yours no matter what.

It's so easy. We have other programs and still chose to use this service. It is so easy and notifies you via email when someone has responded. We use it for recruiting at our company. We get a better response rate than emails and phone calls.

The only thing, I would say is that you cant customize the area code. We do have some question the validity of the text because it does not come from our local area code.

I like the immediate feedback that I see from my customers once I send out any type of campaign.  Once I set up a campaign, I usually hit my sales target within a few days if not immediately that day.

I dislike the limits on sending MMS campaigns.  I realize that I can pay more with a short code to overcome this limit, however that means I would have to change my 800 number which my customers already have in their address book on their cell phones.
