When a potential client contacts us, we use SimpleTexting to send them an automatic sms to let them know that we received their inquiry. It's an additional touchpoint. Very easy to send outbound texts to people without having to jump through hoops. The thing I don't like about SimpleTexting is that replies to people cost you credits which can be pretty consuming especially if you're having conversations over texts. We set up a drip campaign to send out a free daily devotional. It is completely automated, where we were previously manually e-mailing out each message. People are unable sign back up for the devotional if they have already went through. We would like people to be able to unsubscribe and start back over at day 1. There are many different ways that this program can be used. We are using the drip campaign to send out a daily devotional.
