The customer service is also phenomenal. I'd expect AI to leave me wanting me or on the personable-solutions front but simpleTexting strikes the right balance of providing a knowledgebase and connecting you with someone who is either a live support agent or who will reply to you via email within 12-18 hours. There are also a lot of integrations that makes me feel secure that new solutions won't outpace my ability to make texting part of various campaigns through multi-channel communications. I like that it's very similar to a cellphone but on a computer. I can create contacts and quickly follow up throughout the recruiting process. Simple texting has bugs that occur when you have multiple people logging in, I'm assuming. It is very easy to send messages and create contact groups. Building and editing a message is pretty straightforward and it's clear to users what a message will look like, who it's going to, and how many credits it will take to send a message. The support team is incredible and really makes a point to make sure you know how to use the service. I get many helpful tips to my email about new features, tips, and tricks. I do with it was easier to load media into a message and see that image/link pop up in the preview so that I don't have to send a test text to myself just to know what it's going to look like. Previously in EZText, we were able to see multimedia in the preview to ensure it was going to work and look appropriate. I also wish we could customize fonts and personalize the signatures, but we are also a bit new to the service so that may be me not knowing everything about it yet. We needed to communicate with parents and volunteers of our company to keep them in the loop for events, policy changes, updates, and more. Studies show that text messages are read far more than emails, so we decided to switch to SimpleTexting so that more people would see our communication. It is also showing us who is blocking or unsubscribing to texts, so we can know how information is being received.
