We have our hourly workers use Simpletext to communicate with their supervisors/call out when they need to. The platform is smooth, straightforward, and fairly easy to navigate. I appreciate the ability to schedule a text for later very much. I also love that you can leave notes to yourself/your team right within the conversation! What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? The biggest issue I have is the lack of a SEARCH function. I really need to be able to search for bits of a conversation so that I can better find who I was talking to. It seems like a really simple thing that I'm just very surprised is not already integrated into the system. The only other thing that seems slow is that sometimes I have to manually refresh the site. The most important - communicating with customers that don't check their email often enough (if at all) and getting the message to them sooner.
