SimpleTexting is very user-friendly and easy to launch. It has a simple and easy-to-read interface, making it convenient for us to jump in quickly and send text messages throughout our events and conferences.

We love this app for texting our applicants. All the messages are laid out very easily and it works like a charm. There's many functions regarding mass messages, opt outs, out of office replies etc. and they work well. It's also very cost effective.

I was up and running in just a few minutes! I sent my first text right away. I loved that they had instruction videos available.

Nothing! Everything was super easy. I was very happy with using the software.

I think Simple Texting is very advanced technologically. They have a comprehensive API to accomplish a variety of tasks, as well as webhooks to trigger replies and events in real-time.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

Simple Texting's integration is labor-intensive for the client. I also felt that there were often issues with carrier blockages where  messages weren't being delivered or numbers were being reported as invalid.

**Recommendations to others considering SimpleTexting:**

Simple Texting has a fantastic and easy-to-use interface, API, and webhook integrations. From a technical standpoint, they are a great company. But you must have a developer in-house to carry the integration and have the skills necessary to implement those API and webhook benefits. If your company does not have this type of employee, integration could prove to be difficult.

**What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simple Texting helped us launch or SMS Marketing program. The program was successful under Simple Texting, but we have seen increased growth since switching to Attentive Mobile.

I keep having to verify things and we are not even using all of the features.

The platform is smooth, straightforward, and fairly easy to navigate.  I appreciate the ability to schedule a text for later very much.  I also love that you can leave notes to yourself/your team right within the conversation!  (Note: I would really love for the default to flip back to sending a message after the note was finished instead of staying locked on notes.)

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

The biggest issue I have is the lack of a SEARCH function.  I really need to be able to search for bits of a conversation so that I can better find who I was talking to.  It seems like a really simple thing that I'm just very surprised is not already integrated into the system.  The only other thing that seems slow is that sometimes I have to manually refresh the site.  It doesn't update frequently enough to sync my desktop version with the app on my phone & ipad.

The most important - communicating with customers that don't check their email often enough (if at all) and getting the message to them sooner.  We are much more efficient with text messaging and can do a better job of quick response times.

I love the Campaign texts. I love that I am able to reach out to people even if I am not working. It's great for when I take a day off!

I think some features are a bit tough to navigate. I don't like that my Campaign Text messages disappear.

I love that I can also access the app on my phone so that when I am away from my work computer, I can still keep up with communication. Many texting services do not offer two-way communication.

I do not have any dislikes at this time. It works properly for us; I have not experienced anything that is not working. I wonder about improving the naming of contacts/text messages.

I spent a month investigating texting services.  Simpletexting had all I needed at a good price.  Plus, my standard is that service is essential & they have it.

It is so easy to use.  I created the account, and within a few minutes, I scheduled my first SMS reminder.  The interface is simple, and that's what I was looking for in an SMS reminder product.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

There is one thing that I wish I could do, and have not been able to.  When I create a campaign, I have to use the same message for every text that goes out.  I send out prayer requests, which are different each week, but would like to somehow group them under the same campaign.  Otherwise there is nothing that I havent loved!

**Recommendations to others considering SimpleTexting:**

Look no further.  Simple Texting is the best platform out there for automated SMS reminders.

One of the problems we are using  SimpleTexting to solve is reminding people to pick up their care bags.  This was a very time-consuming process before we could automate it with SimpleTexting.  It frees us up to do other essential tasks and not spend so much time texting individually.

SimpleTexting offers effective solutions for campaigns of all sizes. We use SimpleTexting to manage inbound and outbound texting services for our large client base. Their customer service is also some of the best I have ever had to deal with.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

The credit package can be a little limiting at first. Subscription-based pricing model would be easier to bite into at first, before knowing your needs. Customizable short codes are also not available.

We use SimpleTexting for all first point of contact communications to our leads. We have received a higher rate of engagement when compared to traditional calling campaigns.

the top three features that make simple texting an asset are, duplicating the campaigns, shortening links feature, and being able to include graphics in the texts.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

I do not like how all the text messages from a certain campaign can not be found together in one tab. Always searching for them is a bit of a hassle. Also way too many marketing emails.

our org uses simple texting to send folks reminders for meetings, but private and public. It is very convenient to be able to send a text message to over 200 folks and also interact with folks who text the number back.

I use SimpleTexting to contact families to sign up for Christmas toy assistance. I also use it to send out reminders for toy pick-up.  We now provide toys to over 2000 families per year.

I love the analytics section. The ability to see who is most responsive is very important in my industry.

So far so good. No complaints as of yet and I am only using the free trial!

It's lacking a few features (e.g., conditional follow-up responses via text polling); however, I was reassured they're looking to add functionality and quickly.

We've been using SimpleTexting to remain in contact with our clients. It's easy to send out messages of any length to a large number of people in one go. Anyone on my team can efficiently reply on an individual basis to make sure we address everyone's needs. Great price for this service.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

It would be great to set up multiple automated responses based on client responses, like a tree of some sort. Currently, we use templates to do this manually. Then we do not need to be online when people respond throughout the day.

**What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communicating with our clients en masse saves us a lot of time. Most of our clients prefer text to emailing or phone calls.

**What do you like best about SimpleTexting?**

I love how easy this is to use first of all. But, I love being able to set keywords for my customers to text in and then being able to set up automatic replies for them with either an action to take, or simply to let them know that someone will reach out to them shortly. It's super easy to assign team members different messages to respond to so that they can take that lead and run with it as well. The price was also a huge selling point!

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

I do wish there wasn't a character count on the replies for our automatic messages since that's not really a "thing" anymore with iPhones and newer phones these days. I wish it would all just send as one message even if they needed to count it as multiple credits from our account.

**What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to reach an audience that may not always check their emails, but everyone always has their phones on them! It's a great way to get info to people quickly and efficiently.

I like the fact you can send mass texts and see what they will look like. Also, you receive insights from those and can track easily. I'm not sure who its competitors are but I enjoy using the app.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

One thing I dislike is when a phone number is invalid, SimpleTexting will still let you send the message and won't inform you that the number is invalid until later on.

**What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem is just being able to reach students where they are. They usually don't answer emails and phone calls so the text has been very useful. I would say production has increased because I can reach more students at once.

Tech support is instant and incredibly thorough and helpful. I'm very grateful for them. Additionally, the customizable pricing plans are very reasonable and the best in the industry. Podium is a joke of a company compared to you folks!

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

The service has multiple persistent glitches. For example: Scheduled messages will often erase themselves rather than send. This is a huge issue that Ive requested help on multiple times.Please fix this.

**Recommendations to others considering SimpleTexting:**

Never hesitate to use the in-app chat function! They answer so quickly and are always so helpful. And they are super nice!!!!!1

I finally have been able to have an away from offie message via text! I set it up today to cut down on angry nighttime customers! No more messages at 3am! I love this feature.
