**What do you like best about SimpleTexting?**

It's helpful to be able to communicate with our clients in an easy and more accessible way. We were able to use our own number as well, which is a bonus. It's pretty simple to understand and has a lot of other apps it can connect to.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

I wish it would connect with Google more. I also wish it had better automated response features.

**What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Texting with clients without using a personal line or buying company phones has never been easier due to SimpleTexting.

**What do you like best about SimpleTexting?**

Simple Interface with no complicated features. Very easy to send outbound texts to people without having to jump through hoops. Additionally, the automations they offer also makes it very easy to create scalable texts campaigns without having to put in much effort.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

The thing I don't like about SimpleTexting is that replies to people cost you credits which can be pretty consuming especially if you're having conversations over texts. Also, I don't like how they don't have read receipts for all messages so I can't tell if people are reading my messages or not.

**What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SimpleTexting is helping us market to our customers better while giving us that additional fire power with another marketing channel that we have never used before.

**What do you like best about SimpleTexting?**

We set up a drip campaign to send out a free daily devotional.  It is completely automated, where we were previously manually e-mailing out each message.  So this has saved us a tremendous amount of time.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

People are unable sign back up for the devotional if they have already went through.  We would like people to be able to unsubscribe and start back over at day 1.

**Recommendations to others considering SimpleTexting:**

This is a great program that can really help in automating getting messages out.  There are many different ways that this program can be used.  We are using the drip campaign to send out a daily devotional.  There are a few nuances and areas for improvement, but overall this has really helped our church. 

**What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to get the Word of God out to people on a daily basis and it is fully automated. It is saving us time to work on other things.  So it has definately helped us to be more productive.

I like the ability to schedule text messages in advance. Having an app I can access on my phone is great for weekend responses as well.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

While I can create custom lists, importing through MailChimp could be improved (to align additional fields) and sorting lists could be easier.

**What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use SimpleTexting to communicate solely with our employees. I can schedule communications in advance and respond from anywhere via the app. I can also track engagement.

It's easy to use and manage! Has lots of features for customizing messages and creating unique subscribe listed for different campaigns.

The mobile app has little quirks, but nothing major that would so me from using service, just wish it worked more smoothly.

It allows me to remind customers & attendees about our events, and communicate follow ups with them effectively.

I love that I can use my own office phone number. I've tried other texting services before and it's the easiest by far. Plus, being able to add it to Zapier helps.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

I do wish there was a way to connect it to OneDrive

**What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have 1200 or more clients and mailing things to them is expensive and we know most won't get read. This is a much cheaper and more efficient way to do things.

**What do you like best about SimpleTexting?**

Once you navigate the website, it is very easy to set up outgoing messages. We love using the scheduling option. I assist us with planning. We also like the snap shot of what the text will look like for the customer.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

Maybe the fact that we are being charged monthly instead of per outgoing text. If our business didn't have a worthy advertisement for the month, we would be charged with or without a sent message.

Simple Texting is allowing us to reach loyal customers for a low advertising cost. Everyone uses text messaging, so we want to be using this avenue.

Simple texting platform has an easy and intuitive interface. Users are able to schedule messages very well and are sent ontime without fail. The automated message response feature works very well and we able to blast bulk messages very well especially when we are doing promotions on various products.

Nothing to dislike so far. It works very great for us.

Simple texting is very simple to use platform .  It's easy to schedule and blast bulk messages. Great reports especially when we want to see the message that have not been sent. I like aslo how we are able to remove duplicate contacts when sending messages.

**What do you like best about SimpleTexting?**

SimpleTexting unifies SMS/MMS contesting with a multitude of helpful tools and templates to assist in growing your subscriber lists. Additionally, the price per sent text is by far the most cost effective of any platform we've reviewed. It was an easy decision to move forward with Simpletexting and one we would make again.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

There is little to dislike; however, I do wish the Customer Service response times were a bit shorter. We have multiple client accounts on  Simpletexting and occasionally it's a bit difficult to get responses in a timely manner.

**What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our agency specializes in digital ticket sales in the Live Event and Comedy space. Reaching our subscribers directly with ticket offers and ticket deals has increased our "last minute" ticket purchases. SimpleTexting has allowed us to reach people directly in a cost-effective and results-driven manner.

**What do you like best about SimpleTexting?**

How easy it is to import and add new names. I run an insurance business and send birthday texts each month, so this makes it so quick and easy! Thank you guys! I love the app as well!

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

Sometimes the app will suspend/glicth on it's own. I also think that the passwords requirement is TOO long and difficult to remember, especially when all your other passwords are short

Helping me send my monthly birthday text messages to my current insurance customer. I run a very fast paced and in demand agency and it helps me stay organized., year after year

**What do you like best about SimpleTexting?**

I thought the process of signing up and virtual tour of the website was easy to navigate and helpful. We are a not-for-profit, so I like that we can have separate contact lists for our donors, parents, clients and especially our volunteers. It also seems like the support team is widely available and easy to get a hold of.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

It would be nice to not have an 866 number, but I understand why that is necessary. Perhaps a lower tier of maybe 250 or so credits could be useful in our situation since we won't be using Simple Texting for marketing purposes mostly.

**What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simple Texting will hopefully help us solve an issue we were having of getting the parents of our clients to sign their waiver forms. Although we were collecting parent emails, it seems there were often small misspellings or the clients were putting their own email addresses, never making it to the parents. If we can text parents a link directly I believe the forms will have a higher return rate. I also think removing the necessity for a third-party app like Slack will be a better option for keeping our volunteers in the loop on upcoming events.

**What do you like best about SimpleTexting?**

SimpleTexting has an interface that, despite being quite simple, has everything you're looking for within reach without having to get lost looking for the tools you need. Its interface when writing messages is very friendly and capable of showing you what your messages to share would look like. Its large number of rates is excellent for small companies like ours to select the best option and the one that best fits our client base. Their prices are fair according to the number of credits and as I mentioned, all this is according to the disposition of each entity or company. The ability to form customer groups (ie contacts) is a much-needed one. The integration of applications, although I have not used all of them, is a very good inclusion and I am intrigued by the use that it can bring to my company. They have a good technical support team that is very aware of the needs that one may need.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

Nothing to hate, perhaps it would be very helpful in a system that details the number of credits, that is, as a history, detailing how many credits were used per message and data on the date of delivery. I know that many of these weaknesses are minimal and that it is surely something that not many care about.

**What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SimpleTexting is helping my business grow. The system of sending messages to multiple people is a tool that is helping us to keep the client up to date on any offer or announcement that we want them to receive. SimpleTexting makes it easy for us to control our customers. The platform is equipped with good segregation tools to be able to send messages to the relevant customer groups and not overwhelm the other groups that do not require certain information.

SimpleTexting is easy to use for mass texts and individual conversations. The overall function and flow mesh well!  I have a great account rep too.  He's quick to respond to any questions I have!

The best thing we love about Simple Texting is the customer support department.  They are quick to respond and accurate in helping figure out best practices.

I have been a satisfied customer for more than a year.  I would love more promotions on free texting and digital texting.  That would enable us to access more of our potential clients.

It takes me under five minutes each week to notify the three teams serving on Sunday. As opposed to wondering if they were listening to their voicemails.

I don't think there are any downsides that I have found!

The data collection feature has to be one of the best & easiest features to use! It has taken recruiting to a whole new level! Now when candidates apply through our toll-free number I know exactly who I'm talking to thanks to the simple data collection feature that I have set up to collect their first & last name as well as just a fun fact about them!

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

I havent really run into anything that has caused me to dislike simple texting! The reps are super helpful & will answer any question you need in simple & full details!

Simple texting has been the solution to a number of things for my department! My candidates no longer get lost in a sea of personal & professional text messages! And the best part is it does it all nearly on its own! 

It has also given us a new way to connect with our customers!

Simple texting is a very easy-to-use platform. Just like the name states, its simple! I have used this platform for two very different clients, and works great for any use case.

I have no complaints about the software at all. Any issues or questions I have were quickly resolved.

**What do you like best about SimpleTexting?**

SimpleTexting has an Inbox, Campaigns capabilities and simple automation in an easy-to-use package, which is powerful. Also, the Apps and Integrations are very useful when you have other systems that you already use. But primarily I like the speed and simplicity.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

I would like to have deeper reporting. Ability to see ROI across the various ways I communicate with customers. Also, I would love to embed the Inbox in the custom application I use internally - heard this is coming in the future.

**What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My customers don't respond well to emails - they need to act in the moment. So, contacting them via SMS is very effective. Also, it is useful to have one place to see all my Contacts and how I communicate with them via mobile messaging.

It's easy to use and integrates well with our platforms.  I like the design of the platform and the way that we can segment lists. So far it has been better than other texting services out there.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

The platform logs you out so from a mobile stand point we can miss notifications.  We are constantly on the go and work from different locations and don't always have access to our laptops.

**What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simple texting allows us to access client inquiries easily, but it also allows us to have client management.  For us, we use workflows to send notifications to team members when we have new inquries and simple text allows us to answer those on the go.

**What do you like best about SimpleTexting?**

Great customer service, clear pricing, walkthrough videos, and appears to meet current needs. The representatives took time to go over all of my questions and didn't shy away from pricing questions and discussing additional fees for sending extra texts.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

This is an up-and-coming business that doesn't have all the reviews and clientele of other similar services. I haven't used it enough yet to discover prominent areas that I like or dislike - if able, I'll update once we send out a few text campaigns. They said that they won't allow us to go over our sending limit without authorization - this is a huge plus!

I like how easy it is to put together a message for my followers to receive and how simple it is to schedule the messages to be sent out by my team.  It really was easy to set up and use.

The price is extremely steep especially for a campaign that is just starting out.   I wish they had more ways that you could earn extra credits as you use the service.   I am not sure how much I am using at any given time.

The downside is it does stop working occasionally, which means if this is a primary communication platform for you and clients, you have no idea what messages are coming in. That is lost clientele and money.

Through Simple Texting, we are able to reach households we would otherwise not be able to reach. It helps us to schedule appointments and makes it easy for households to reach us and ask us questions, too.

The reporting can be a bit clunky, but overall it's still pretty user-friendly. Perhaps if there was a way to save customized reports so they wouldn't need to be recreated every month or quarter, that would be helpful.

Many of the households we serve reach out to us through a webform, and we were finding that we were having a difficult time reaching them through phone or email (even though they had reached out to us for help). Now that we can text them to schedule a time to talk over the phone or answer easy questions, we've not only been able to reach them but also eliminated extra time staff used to spend trying to reach them by phone multiple times.

The ease of use is by far what I like best about SimpleTexting. Even if you have never been on their web-based platform before, you will still be able to navigate and complete different actions.

It is really difficult to talk to a human sometimes. Chat is always available, however, sometimes it is easier to just pick up the phone and talk about it. Twice now, the lines were busy and the automated system made me enter my call back number, however, I never received a callback.

At a minimum book a Demo, that in itself will be enough convincing.

Simple Texting is like the name says simple.  You can easily create campaigns and keywords. I just found out you can use Zapier to create contacts which means we can use our current form to gather new subscribers. Our company is working on creating a single source of data, so I'm looking forward to using the APIs in the future.

So far I haven't found anything to dislike. I am new to SMS marketing so I'm sure I'll find things I'll want, but for now, everything is working great.

The customer service is remarkable!  They are friendly, helpful, you don't sit on hold for very long and knowledgeable.

**What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?**

There are several things which I noticed could improve as I am a newcomer to this site and some things jump out at me.  It's not correct to say "Dislike" but more like needs improvement. 

1.  I am stuck inputting my contacts one at a time.  My CSV list just wouldn't work so as I am inputting one contact at a time, I realize the ADD CONTACT blue button has a drop down menu to "MANUALLY ADD CONTACT".   This is tedious as all hell and should have it's now separate button to make inputting thousands of names/text numbers quicker.

2. On the iPhone app, the font is too small.   I can read font on other apps but there is no way to increase the font on Simple Texting's iPhone app.  You can increase the size of the iPhone app but definitely no way to increase Simple Texting's own font.   That makes it frustrating having to dig for glasses when the issue could be improved if the font was double the size.

3. When you have a contact list, it would be a nice feature to be able to have a default list as I am using only 1 list but when inputting a new name/text number, I have to click on the drop down menut for Connect to list.  There is a Select All which is kind of a default in a way but being able to set an automatic default would be nice, something you can turn on and turn off.

Lists and keywords make it easy to send campaigns to the right contacts, and the inbox design makes real conversations natural and fast. And don't forget the away message for when you're not going to be able to respond quickly! I haven't messed with the API yet, but I'm confident that will really make integration with our website even better than the already-easy web forms.

1. I'm not sure "segments" are more useful than lists. I may need to do a bit more learning there.
2. It was a little difficult to change the html on a web form to grab parameters from a page url. I should learn to use an API i guess.

How often our toll-free number gets blocked. Sometimes, people unsubscribe from our lists when they have already purchased our product and do not need another one. In most cases, this is a good thing because we have helped them make a purchase, but this is seen as a bad thing and we are often blocked for it.
