We want to know what our customers think, so after every customer service enquiry we ask them to full in a survey with the tool provided by SimpleSurvey. We get positive feedback from our customers about the uniqueness of our customer service feedback surveys. We also get to know easily which client they used and how they find the help they received. We wouldn't be able to use any other survey-tool as we are all used to the design and creation ways of this software. **What do you dislike about SimpleSurvey?** I dislike the downtimes we face at times. We rely on the server of this tool to be up at all times or else we could face slow reaction times which customers at times don't appreciate and will close the survey. We want to have a way to host the surveys as a backup on our server, but we couldn't get this to work yet. We would appreciate help in this manner and support but it's hard to get ahold on someone who can figure the solution to our problem. **Recommendations to others considering SimpleSurvey:** If you want to know your customer feedback, there are many survey tools out there. We solved the problem of not having the customer feedback transparent enough.
