That it's very customizable and it allows the users to manipulate the widgets as needed

"Great survey tool!"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

We've been working with Simplesat for almost 2 years now. Since the beginning I was impressed with the ease of implementation and of use, the Zendesk integration, the quick and helpful responses from support & amazing communication in general. Not to mention the constant updates and improvements to the solution.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

The analytics dashboard was not super complex to begin with, but it's being continuously improved.

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simplesat is one of the best ways to to take the pulse of the customers and in the end offer them a great experience. Simple, yet super effective!

"Simplified data and clear graphics for better analysis"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

I like it that all the information is available with different points of view either to analyze an entire team's performance or by individuals. It is great to be able to see a leadership/positions area to we know who the best performers are.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

Not that I dislike it really but it would be nice to be able to also see a history of survey status...Like...from time to time, our agents manage to convert a negative or neutral review into a positive one, and it'll be nice to see information about that kind of changes. I hope I am making sense.

Recommendations to others considering Simplesat:

I feel like it can potentially help with creating programs to maintain and track the customer satisfaction

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are mainly using it to measure the team satisfaction and to create a CSAT competition based on the number of positive surveys an agent receives etc

"Innovative, user-friendly & impeccable service!"

What do you like best about Simplesat?

The customer service quality and efficiency have been impeccable. The tooling is user-friendly, and I love the interface.

What do you dislike about Simplesat?

Nothing yet!! My only (very very minor) issue was that the additional follow-up question/s you can ask have a limit of 5 set response boxes

What problems is Simplesat solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can embed our CSAT survey within our existing Customer Service emails, enabling us to avoid spamming our customers with excessive emails and making it easy to collect data on our teams performance.
