SimpleRisk is an excellent platform for companies looking to strengthen their Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) programs. As with any new program there was a bit of a learning curve however that didn't take too long. This was evident while training excutives for deciding on risk, compliance etc. The integration with Tenable became a solid purchase point. Beyond functionality, SimpleRisk excels in customer support. The support team responded without delay to any tickets we submitted. Resolution time was within our SLA expectation. It has all the necessary components without the complexity and training requirements. Literally anyone can sit down and start using it. Super easy implementation, you can use it effectively out of the box but there are options for some customization as well.
