The UX has been severely damaged by the NCino acquisition of SimpleNexus. It's clunky, creates additional time and effort spent on each and every inbound application, and for a system that lacks easy customization, has some pretty dismal defaults in place. **What do you dislike about nCino's Mortgage Suite?** The user experience for a loan officer has been drastically diminished by NCino's lack of flexibility and lack of customization. The platform now requires a loan officer to perform tasks of a data entry clerk, costing valuable time and adding friction to the origination process, harming the overall customer experience. Their basic app is terrible and misses numerous required fields on loan applications, and the messaging for in-process applications is pathetically done. **What problems is nCino's Mortgage Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not many, since the NCino acquistion, the system creates more problems than it solves. Partial applications are a regular occurrence, defeating the entire point of a digital application. ### 2. You pick the type of loan you'd like to do put in a little information and it'll give you back comparisons that won't violate respa. For a client it's easy to read, with charts that make principal and interest understandable. Sending out an approval letter with this is a strong feature. Agents want their approval letter fast, this gets the letters done fast. Anywhere I'm at I can shoot out a professional looking comparison, pre-approval letter, and analysis of mortgage loans. As most loan officers know we're never in a convenient place when somebody wants and approval letter right away. This is the asset everyone needs. **What do you dislike about nCino's Mortgage Suite?** When I want to change my picture or my address I find it difficult. This could be me, I probably should email and ask for directions on how to get my information input changed. **What problems is nCino's Mortgage Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm rarely in front of my computer. If I need loan information I need it from my cellphone. People constantly will ask for new comparisons and estimates that drive our business. They are better because they reply immediately to your calls or texts and supply you with the info that you need and are always available throughout the process and don't test you like a number. While under contract on a home, it is critical for an agent to know what's happening with their buyer's finance process. Everyone looks to the selling agent- realtor to answer questions about the buyer's loan process. Simply Nexus allows me to efficiently my client's loan process without sending out follow-up emails to the lender. **What problems is nCino's Mortgage Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a user on the B2B side, I am implementing planned site use while my client closes on a house. The notification for each opening of the app seems to be the least useful... although the data of each login does remain useful. **What problems is nCino's Mortgage Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've been able to shorten response time, as well as have seen an improvement in full commitments to uploading docs.
