SimpleLegal is an efficient tool that makes the approval flow of invoices run smoothly for all stakeholders and legal vendors alike. Invoices posted to the system go straight to their approvers, and we are in constant contact with vendors to obtain accruals - which is extremely helpful when we're planning the legal budget for the upcoming FY. I wish we could assign approvers for specific sub-practice areas (currently we can only do it for practice areas). Moreover, the matter reports function doesn't have many filters - which makes us dig into huge spreadsheets to find information on a specific matter.
