## About SimpleHelp
SimpleHelp has grown from the highly competetive remote support industry where above all we have been providing simplicity both for the host and attendee, and stability. If a technician is remotely helping a paying customer then it is crucial that their support software lets them get their job done efficiently with zero headaches for the often non-technical customer.

**What do you like best about SimpleHelp?**

The user interface was simple and it allowed our customers to be in a queue for remote connections.  It felt more developed than teamviewer and slightly faster remote connections.

**What do you dislike about SimpleHelp?**

The price was too expensive and with other free alternatives to use, Simplehelp was no longer necessary for us to use.

**Recommendations to others considering SimpleHelp:**

There are free alternatives that work and allowed our company to complete the task that simplehelp allowed us to.

**What problems is SimpleHelp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to configure routers remotely, assist customers with setting up remote connections to their security cameras.
