The transition was smooth and hassle free. What I like best about the tool is its user-friendly interface, which makes navigating the software seamless. The pricing is also straightforward. **What do you dislike about SimpleWorks?** The app does not have many integrations and you might need to use Zapier to get some of your tasks done. This can be a deal breaker for many. If you are switching from something more sophisticated or have complex requirements, this can be a downgrade. **What problems is SimpleWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not using SimpleCRM at the moment but it serves well as a CRM with much competitive prices (compared to the likes of Hubspot and Salesforce). So, as a startup, it had been beneficial. ### 2. I found simple to use a very complete for the price. The included features are most than enough for a sales operation. **What do you dislike about SimpleWorks?** I found the support average, you need to be very specific, or they don't give you the right answer. **What problems is SimpleWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fast forward for marketing purpose. The solution is very easy to use and the user can grow faster than other crm on the regular day.
