It suits our organization's needs and budget perfectly, and we like being able to buy send credits on demand rather than being locked into a monthly plan. I don't want to invest in a tool that is a CRM, or something else that has all sorts of elements I don't need. Why pay for all this extra stuff from another tool if all I need is a tool that makes it easy to send out Certificates. I am able to upload my own design, add the merge variables I need to match, and then all I do is upload my class list and I'm done. **What do you dislike about SimpleCert?** Hard to say. I am interested in setting looking at automatons, I would love to see a way to integrate this into my Zoom account. I've looked at other products but have never been able to find a tool that does this. I would love to see if there is a way to do this automatically within my account. **What problems is SimpleCert solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used to spend literally an hour after EACH class I taught, setting up, making and then individually emailing out certificates. And then inevitable people would come back a few weeks saying they never received my certificate so I'd have to make them ANOTHER certificate and send that out to them. A complete waste of my time. SimpleCert solves all of this. It literally takes seconds to create all the certificates I need, and then I automatically email them out straight from my account. And then when someone inevitably reaches back out to me saying they did not get my certificate, all I have to do is look that person up in my databast, and with a single button I can resend them their certificate. I also like that I can see right on the screen exactly when and at what time someone accesses their certificate. It truly lives up to it's name -- it makes creating, sending, and storing certificates super simple. It is also really nice from the certificate recipient side of things. The recipient will receive an email with their certificates, and can also easily create an account to access all their stored certificates. The whole system runs flawlessly. The folks behind the scenes at SimpleCert (shoutout to Tania and Aaron!) are also an absolute pleasure to work with. They are very accessible and open to feature requests and new ideas. Overall, everything is just easy to use and it just works. **What do you dislike about SimpleCert?** I'm trying to be nitpicky to think of something I dislike about SimpleCert to make this a comprehensive review, but I have zero complaints. It's a great product that has been very well designed and executed. **What problems is SimpleCert solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are required to issue certificates when somebody completes a continuing education class of ours. SimpleCert makes the whole process super, well... simple! The biggest problem we have that SimpleCert solves is issuing certificates at scale. We regularly need to issue over 10,000 certificates which would be impossible to do manually. With SimpleCert we just upload the names and emails of the people who are eligible for their certificates and SimpleCert gets them all emailed out and stored for accessing in the future. **Official Response from Aaron Cole:** > Thank you! Many people report never receiving the certificate, and then we need to log back in and resend individually. **What problems is SimpleCert solving and how is that benefiting you?** SimpleCert allows us to create and send batches of certificates for our events. SimpleCert has a 99%positive reputation, and distributes thousands of certificates every single day, but even with that high of a reputation there can be firewalls and email servers that will still restrict the deliverability. This is especially common with government or institutional email addresses. Have you explored setting up your emails to be sent out via your own email server? This is simple to do, is free, and can directly improve your deliverability because your recipients are likely already getting emails from you directly. This is also free, and they can absolutely help you configure your own smtp server. I would try that, to improve your deliverability. Nothing really wrong with this program. **What problems is SimpleCert solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's time saving. This is a really easy way to send many certificates in bulk at the same time. All participants who attend the whole session and complete the required survey receive the certificate.
