They worked with us to customize the process for our specific use case and based upon our post event reports to easily transfer data from our reports to the SimpleCert certificate template and upload. They worked with our IT department to integrate their platform with our email system to personalize the distribution process. Customer support is a quick email away and we now have self service certificate templates to cover all of our event needs. Great team to work with and a great product. Since I'm using the software only when needed, I sometimes have to re-learn how to navigate the software. You also bring up another great point on this too - that it can therefore take some time to re-acquaint yourself on the platform if you've not been in there for several months. In the platform, you will see a small camera icon next to all aspects of the system - that camera icon links to a short video tutorial about just that specific area of the platform, and that might be a helpful tool for you if you're stuck on a specific aspect and just need to see a 1 minute video for how something is set up. You can also access the full video tutorial library directly from your dashboard in your account. Even when we made adjustments later, he scheduled calls and made the process very simple. Why pay for all this extra stuff from another tool if all I need is a tool that makes it easy to send out Certificates. I am able to upload my own design, add the merge variables I need to match, and then all I do is upload my class list and I'm done. **What do you dislike about SimpleCert?** Hard to say. I am interested in setting looking at automatons, I would love to see a way to integrate this into my Zoom account. I've looked at other products but have never been able to find a tool that does this. I would love to see if there is a way to do this automatically within my account. **What problems is SimpleCert solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used to spend literally an hour after EACH class I taught, setting up, making and then individually emailing out certificates. And then inevitable people would come back a few weeks saying they never received my certificate so I'd have to make them ANOTHER certificate and send that out to them. A complete waste of my time. SimpleCert solves all of this. It literally takes seconds to create all the certificates I need, and then I automatically email them out straight from my account. And then when someone inevitably reaches back out to me saying they did not get my certificate, all I have to do is look that person up in my databast, and with a single button I can resend them their certificate. I also like that I can see right on the screen exactly when and at what time someone accesses their certificate.
