Review for simplebackup **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** PintRaj K. | web developer, E-Learning, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2024 **What do you like best about SimpleBackups?** It was an easy UI where we can placed the backups for ur complete infrastructure like Database,Snapshots,Droplets (digitalocean). It was easy to setup the and onboard the complenents in digitalocean **What do you dislike about SimpleBackups?** The biggest disadvantage is that the free plan only allows us to choose a single component, such as a droplet, snapshot, database, or disc, for backup. If you want to add additional tasks, you must purchase the premium plan, which is somewhat more expensive. For example, having a 10$ droplet and paying 29$ for backup does not make sense. If you have more articles, it works. **What problems is SimpleBackups solving and how is that benefiting you?** As i have mentioned it will easy to maintain the backup for your digitalcoean components like Droplets, snapshots,databases , volumes ect. Note: I mainly used for digitalocean not sure about othe cloud services ### 2. It consumes me a ton of time. I also have the concern about flexibility to choose where I store my backups. **What do you dislike about SimpleBackups?** The customer support is not well organized they are not always there to assist with any questions Ihave. SimpleBackups truly complicates my backup process. SimpleBackups needs to benefit from customization options and better support for platforms. **What problems is SimpleBackups solving and how is that benefiting you?** The pricing structure does not cater to everyones needs. SimpleBackups is unable to solve the issue of backup processes by providing an interface thats simple and user friendly.
