It was an easy UI where we can placed the backups for ur complete infrastructure like Database,Snapshots,Droplets (digitalocean). It was easy to setup the and onboard the complenents in digitalocean Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SimpleBackups? The biggest disadvantage is that the free plan only allows us to choose a single component, such as a droplet, snapshot, database, or disc, for backup. If you want to add additional tasks, you must purchase the premium plan, which is somewhat more expensive. For example, having a 10$ droplet and paying 29$ for backup does not make sense. As i have mentioned it will easy to maintain the backup for your digitalcoean components like Droplets, snapshots,databases , volumes ect. SimpleBackups is a tool with the interface that is not intuitive and difficult to navigate making it a hectic to set up and automate my backups. It consumes me a ton of time. The customer support is not well organized they are not always there to assist with any questions Ihave. SimpleBackups truly complicates my backup process. SimpleBackups is unable to solve the issue of backup processes by providing an interface thats simple and user friendly. This is not valuable for businesses due, to its unaffordability.
