Honestly, didn’t expect a chatbot to be this helpful. It’s quick, gives solid answers, and even throws in a joke or two when I need it. Feels less like a robot and more like texting a smart friend. 10/10 would recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simple Chatbot?

It’s pretty good for basic stuff, but sometimes it feels too robotic. Like, it doesn’t always get the tone right or goes off-topic when you just want a straight answer. I like best thing is user friendly interface. It make it easy for use anyone and interact without facing any technical issue. I am happy how it provides quickly all answers and communication for customer support. It is handle many queries can really feel free up time for more complex task and tickets solution.
