At SIMOS, our entire organization is focused on driving performance. That’s why we created a unique methodology that goes beyond staffing to build custom, impactful solutions for your operational challenges. Our approach is built on a cost-per-unit, meaning you only pay for the work completed, period. With this model, performance—and not just filling hours—drives everything we do. It also means we have real skin in the game to be as productive and efficient as possible, because any inefficiencies come out of our profits, not yours. That’s why we say SIMOS does more than staffing. We deliver performance-based solutions that improve quality, productivity, retention, and your bottom line.
