It's really intuitive to use. It was not difficult for me to learn nor do I find it difficult to onboard people onto the platform. Plus, as I said before, it gets the job done. Trying to test content with dynamic fields from events sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Simon only refreshing once every 12 hours with an employee needing to do it manually is weird.
