Simfoni provided us with a crystal-clear view of our spend data and we like how the data is updated regularly. The reports are beautiful and we use the custom reports daily. This enhanced reporting and visibility empowered us to make better decisions on resource allocation. It's like having a spotlight on where the real impact can be made. The comprehensive range of features Simfoni offers is impressive. From budgeting and forecasting to spend analysis and supplier management, they cover all bases for businesses aiming to efficiently manage their spend. Overall, I love how user-friendly Simfoni's interface is! It's crafted to be effortlessly navigable, making it a breeze even for non-technical users like me. Getting started with the software and leveraging its features is a seamless experience for me and my team. One of the significant problems it solves is providing a comprehensive view of our spend data. The Simfoni tool used twice now in two years for our global tender was extremely helpful. Easy to understand and intuitive tender tool. However, the most important part of two tenders is the expertise that was provided by Ricardo Ashitaka. He undwerstands the tool and understand a good part of ocean transportation, as such he was most hepful and great to work with. Ricardo was available whenever we needed his input or help. A 5 hour time difference was not a problem at all. Every task was performed timely and in great detail. Ricardo had some good ideas as to how to analyse the data that was in the system in order to get the best results and outcome for our ocean freight needs. Ricardo, the PLG team and I worked extremely well together and I say the great outcome of both tenders couldn't have been achieved without Ricardo being on th team. Simfoni provides a good way to collect freight data and other essential data related to an ocean freight global tender. Once all needed tender data was in the system it was fairly easy to develop scenarios how to look at the data, e.g. cheapest rates, incumbents etc. This way we were able to look at dollar spend for global ocean freight by carrier, region or specific lane which helps us decide which carrier to award the business observing certain criteria like lowest rates, incumbent freight forwarder vs. ocean carrier etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Simfoni associates are very helpful and pro-active in assisting with Tailspend cost savings. They do all the leg-work, provide good re-caps and summerizations of the projects they work on leaving me more time to focus on other aspects of my job. The team we have worked with have been very pleasant and responsive in our dealings, even providing updates if they feel like they are taking too long to get back to us.
